
Welcome everyone to the new swim season. My current plan is to post a new Battle Plan every week. The Battle Plan will give parents and swimmers an idea of what we will be doing at practice for the week. It is meant to be a brief guide and not a summary of everything that will go on. What is listed will be covered at practice, but it may not be the only thing covered, it may not even be the main course (food metaphor #1). It will also give me a chance to talk directly to everyone about how we’re doing and what we need to work on. ~ Coach Randall
